Product Availability
Ruby Tech makes every effort to keep our website up-to-date. However, owing to unforeseen circumstances, certain items occasionally might be out of stock. If any items on your order are unavailable, to protect your interests, Ruby Tech will not automatically place the item on back order. If you would like to keep it as back order, please do notify us by e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is in any way suspected of fraud, misrepresentation or other reasons.
Shipping Rules & Policies:
· Ruby Tech will ship to your assigned valid addresses.
· We cannot ship to locations such as hotels, motels and resorts.
· Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Return Policy
· All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. If your ordered product is damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately by e-mail .
· Important Notice: Customers must open and inspect all orders on arrival, delays in reporting any discripancies/damages will incur surcharges.
